Lately on Instagram: We had a garage sale last Saturday and because we priced everything to sell, we sold ALOT! It also helped to have two cute kids selling donuts, coffee and golf balls.

My kids favorite place to visit is the Kren Farm, which is owned by some of our besties. They have chickens, pheasants, ducks, horses and lots of fun farm activities. Sorry kids, you can’t move there.

I’m in Rancho Cucamonga right now working on a super fun house project. When I arrived at the Ontario Airport, I was pleasantly surprised by all of the white design going on.

ALSO on IG this week, I shared an image of my living room.

Which, I’ve been meaning to share with you two of my most favorite pieces in my house right now. One being that fabulous Luna Sofa by Edgar Blazona. Everything about this sofa is perfection. Even that daring ivory upholstery. Don’t worry, it’s been scotch guarded many many times. My other favorite item is the Vintage Vibe rug by FLOR. The pattern isn’t too intrusive and gives off a cool organic feel. I’ll be posting more in these items later!

Recently Jocey from Wedding Chicks hired me to re-style her bedroom. We chose to complete this project through e-decorating. She is a blast of a person, so working with her on this project was super fun. She’s not afraid of color or patterns so we incorporated alot of both. Now for this e-design project, we worked mostly online with the exception of a couple visits to her home (we live in the same city). Most of the collaborating happened through our Pinterest board that we created and through emails sent back and forth. The beauty of e-decorating (online decorating) is that it’s affordable, hassle free and it’s an accessible way to hire a designer without signing your life away. Which is why I’m thrilled to offer it to all of you!

Several of you have inquired about my desk in my office space. Well pleasantly enough, my husband built it. It’s hands down my favorite piece in this space. And I think it goes so well with my other pieces, including the bookcase and filing cabinet from Hayneedle, which you can read more about here.

I wanted to show you another image from a project that I did in Seattle. I took this pic on my phone so it’s not the greatest.  My clients wanted a modern living space that was comfortable and durable for their kids. We chose neutral colors with pops of bright colors throughout. The Souk rug from West Elm makes every space feel comfortable. And the Fargo sofa from Bo Concept is always an instant success! Their view is unbelievable, so designing their condo was that much more fun!

Lately on Instagram: The kids and I visited my good friend Elise earlier this week. Ethan wanted to kidnap her dog, Nacho. He even snuck him in the car. I would have taken the sofa!:)

These last few weeks, Boise has been celebrating the Parade Of Homes. You’re not supposed to take pictures but I still snuck some in. This kitchen was by far my favorite on the tour.

This living room is from the same home as above. I LOVED that sofa.

Jocey from Wedding Chicks has the best Woolly Pocket filling up her wall. BTW, her bedroom is done and it looks great!
