Come with us as we step inside this beautiful Minneapolis apartment that belongs to the assistant designer at Target, Hackwith Design House stylist, and blogger behind Wide Eyed Legless, Madelynn Furlong. What made us fall for this apartment is the effortless “cool” feel. The exposed brick and industrial warehouse feel instantly give this place the “cool factor” but what Madelynn has done within it is simply gorgeous and more importantly budget friendly.
I don’t personally put a lot of rustic finds in my home, but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate good rustic decor when I see it. This table, along with some of their furniture, was hand made by Madelynn and her husband. The main idea behind making their own furniture was keeping everything budget friendly. Beyond keeping things budget friendly, I know from personal experience that when you are able to build something from scratch, you are going to get something unique.
Another DIY in their home is this hanging clothing rack. My favorite part is that it seems to be floating in thin air. So great!
