If you were to ask me about my favorite material for countertops, I will always say marble. Why? Because it’s beautiful and timeless. It can also be paired with almost any design aesthetic. The biggest question with marble is, is it durable? Why yes, yes it is. It’s not just a trend that we have seen popping up these past few years. It’s a classic natural stone that has stood the test of time!

Associations such as MIA+BSI: The Natural Stone Institute are here to educate the consumer on the beauty and benefits of using natural stone in interior and exterior  design/décor. In fact, the usenaturalstone.com campaign has a goal to educate homeowners, designers, architects, and builders. Natural stones like granite, marble, and soapstone are much more than just a stylish trend, and Use Natural Stone is here to give us all the info that we need.
