Organize My New Year…

Tip 3-  Organize your book collection.

I am in love with how Victoria organized and displayed her heavenly book collection.  Placing them vertical is unexpected and allows for more books to be displayed.  You could even color coordinate them or organize them by topics.

   Fantastic! We’ll be doing this today actually. Both our book shelves are spilling over with all the books we keep accumulating, but we don’t have the space for another bookshelf. We’re going to store our books vertically, but under the space of our 60′s retro coffee table (the simple top with four legs) so that it’s efficient use of space and a little something to look at rather than an empty spot!

   I’ve wanted to do this, but I’m always pulling out books. I bet it would be hard to pick out the books at the bottom of stacks quickly and easily. And I’m not a patient person.
