Happy Friday friends! I’m checking out BUT will be back on SUNDAY for my Sherwin Williams National Painting Week reveal of my bedroom! So COME BACK! I think you’ll like it.
I leave you with these paintings from one of my favorite artists, Kirra Jamison. She’s absolutely amazing. One day I hope to have one of her pieces in my home.

It’s no secret that I love pillows! Especially colorful pillows. It’s the easiest and best way to change up a room. I’m in love with these multi-textured and multi-colored pillows by Juliette Beaupin. They’ve been named DAN and are handmade in Juliette’s parisian studio.

Juliette also carries chairs and gifts. I LOVE everything!

I’ve been enjoying green lately. Above is some serious green goodness that I would use in my home in a heartbeat.
Room, chair, blanket, sofa, rug.

There is SO much to love about this Austin home tour seen on Apartment Therapy. First thing to love is that friend and photographer Adrienne Breaux did an amazing job capturing this home. Second thing to love is Architect and builder Cass Cheesar and his wife, Carla Umlauf-Cheesar, a native Austinite and realtor, designed a home that is true to it’s roots and absolutely gorgeous to view.

What makes this dining room so stunning is the mix of textures and materials. It’s a mid-century haven.

Their laid back style creates a homey feel in every room. Those club chairs compliment the swan picture perfectly!

Bright and white is the name of the game for this kitchen. I could do some serious cooking here.

I’m drooling over this blanket at the foot of the bed…

This is one of my favorite areas of the home. The gold bird figurines are super cool!

Lots of color creates a super fun bedroom for their daughter.

Wouldn’t you want to vacation here?!

Another shot of the beautiful dining space.

How many of us agree that paint can change the entire look and mood of a space?! A room can look completely different in only a day when painted. Or piece of furniture can have a totally new look when painted. That is why I’m a paint advocate! And why I have teamed up Sherwin Williams again for National Painting Week, this week! Remember last year when I painted my husband’s junior high dresser for NPW?? Well this year I’m tackling my bedroom! I knew that I wanted a dark moody grey to create a dramatic wall in my bedroom. I had been admiring grey bedrooms (like both shown) for awhile. That’s where Sherwin Williams Chip It application came in handy!

I downloaded my favorite grey bedroom online and this application matched paint colors to it. GENIUS! It made the decision that much easier. And it also showed me what accent colors to use. I’m sold on this application and will be using it for my clients.
So peeps, starting TODAY, National Painting Week will feature painting ideas, lots of color inspiration, product information and crazy cool projects from 14 design bloggers, starting with Little Green Notebook and Coco+Kelley. Make sure that you stop by each blog this week to check out their projects. My project will be live here on Simply Grove Sunday, April 21st. Happy painting!

My little Ethan turned 8 years old on Wednesday. I just can’t believe that I have an 8 year old!! I feel like I’m still 18 and not responsible enough for an 8 year old, right??? Crazy town. I’m so proud of my boy. He shines wherever he goes. I could cry thinking about what a miracle boy he is. 4 years ago I wrote this on his birthday.
For his birthday, Ethan wanted to have a few of his friends over. Because he loves EVERY sport and because golf is his favorite, I covered the table in trophies from all types of activities, bought green baseball cupcakes and decorated with green, in honor of the Masters this week. Ethan had a great time, and that’s all that matters.
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

We see fashionista’s color blocking their clothes and it always look modern and fun. Why not color block your wall?! These color block graphics by Mina Javid use color and crisp geometry to add coolness to your space. The key is placing them on a clean white wall to allow the color to pop.

Shop these at Blik here and here.

I’m always on the hunt for the perfect desk that is unique in it’s style and offers great storage. This Babylon Tower Desk designed by Swedish designers Kristian Andréason and Kristin Leibel is super cool with it’s ombre affect and random wood arrangement. A cool feature with this desk is that it collapses into a very flat pack. Love that!

I wanted to show you a sneak peek of a home I did last week in LA. The house itself is flipping fantastic so filling it with great design was a blast. Above is an area right off of the living room. You’ll recognize pieces from West Elm and CB2. My favorite detail is the Family light boxes designed by the Novagratz and sold at CB2. At night it glows perfectly. I also added some ceramic goodness from Heath Ceramics.

I am a MAJOR music lover. I listen to music 80% of the day. You will find many genres being played in our house and of course thousands of dance parties have been performed. This is why I’m freaking out over the Stellé Audio Pillar. I’ve had similar other products sent to me that were just so so. When I first tested the Pillar out, I couldn’t believe the sound that came from this sleek piece. It’s crazy! My house is around 2200 sq ft with an upstairs loft. When I turn the pillar on, music can be heard everywhere! I also love the look of the Pillar. It’s clean and modern. I’ve placed it all over my house and it fits right in with the aesthetic of each room.
I know that I sound like an infomercial right now but come on, when you find a product that you love, you are willing to shout it from the roof tops!!

Tonight, April 9th at 8pm EST, you can find me chatting with the amazing people of Stellé Audio Couture. Just search under #StelleChat. @StellePRgirl will be interviewing me. Hope to see you on twitter!!

On a side note- I wanted to thank DailyBuzz Moms for featuring Simply Grove last Friday! I really appreciate it.
This post is brought to you by Stellé Audio Couture. All opinions are completely mine.

This Melbourne home, seen on The Design Files, makes pretty darn excited for warm weather and outdoor parties. That wall of greenery is simply gorgeous.
