Hi friends! I have recently created a collection of my favorite picks for and from the popular site HomeMint. If you are unfamiliar, HomeMint is a collection of home goods & art curated & designed by Justin Timberlake & interior designer & celebrity stylist, Estee Stanley. My little collection has some pretty textiles, ceramics and unique pieces. If you decide to shop my sale (because you are the nicest person ever) make sure to log in and take the style quiz in order to view my page, if you aren’t already a member of HomeMint. AND if you purchase anything from my sale you will receive a FREE CANDLE from the HomeMint Candle Collection. Make sure to add the candle to your cart and use promo code WATRLILY at checkout.
And btw, I chose items that I thought would look fantastic in any space! So I hope that you enjoy these picks.
Another fantastic pillow announcement! The Swedish textile design company, Bemz, is now launching a unique “Artist Series” collection of digitally printed and specially designed cushion covers. Developed by Bemz’s in-house designer Katarina Wiklund, the fabrics feature both classic and retro designs, new on-trend neon colours and interesting trimming and detailing.
I think I’m in love with all the designs shown here! The colors and patterns and spot on with the trends we are seeing around the web. There are lots of options to choose from and I think everyone will find something they love!
“The new collection includes five different designs, ranging from digital prints based on landscape photographs from 19thcentury postcards to patterns inspired by the recently renovated Fisksätrakyrkan (Fisksätra Church) outside of Stockholm. The patterns will only be available as cushion covers as a part of the Artist Series Collection, and all of the fabrics are made of natural materials like the rest of Bemz’s products. The collection will be available online and at Bemz’s Inspiration Store in Stockholm from today.”
I just can’t get enough of Photographer Line T. Klein. She is brilliant at what she does!
I’m sure you’ll be hearing much about this in the next week because it is a very exciting announcement for decor lovers everywhere. Zara Home finally launches in the US!! I can hear you jumping for joy….right??:) The beloved Euro brand Zara Home launched today in the US. I viewed the site this morning and picked a few of my favorite items including some pillows and knobs. Happy shopping friends!!
One of my favorite paintings in my house is this ship that was custom painted for my deceased Uncle in exchange for a trip to Switzerland. That’s a fun trade!
This light and open house tour seen on House & Hold Blog is perfectly pretty. I can only imagine how lovely it would be to wake up to all of that sunlight in the mornings!
Here’s a little kitchen love for your Sunday enjoyment.

It’s interesting how decor finds inspiration from fashion and vice versa. Whether it’s through patterns, colors or textures, the two work together as a team. As a designer, I’m always finding inspiration through fashion. My favorite trends in fashion always find their way in my room designs. Right now I’m obsessed with color and mixing unexpected patterns together and it seems like both of those looks were seen at Fashion Week this year.
I have paired 5 exclusive images from Fashion Week with 5 styled spaces that fit seamlessly with these looks. Thanks ELLE UK for these images!
I am loving this house tour in the latest issue of Trendenser which happens to be owned by my good friend Jennifer of A Merry Mishap. Her home is spotlighted perfectly in this article. She has created such a beautiful abode! You must order this issue today on your iPad.
My favorite fall trend every year is quilts. I guess it shouldn’t be called a trend since quilts may date back as far as ancient Egypt. Nevertheless, they are the perfect accessory for those chilly fall and winter days. You can find a variety of modern quilts that fit in nicely with the minimalist movement but that also look great in an eclectic space. Anthropologie has a large selection of quilts like the one shown above.
This Kantha quilt from India is my new favorite thing!!
You can find neutral quilts as well as beautiful colored quilts. 1,2,3,4.
I love these Valley quilts and shams from West Elm. In fact I wish that I had a cabinet full of all of these quilts for when guests came to visit. Or to use for myself!
Do you have a favorite quilt?
Need a modern, clean lined sofa? Consider Muuto’s Connect sofa system. While this sofa looks super minimalist, it is also very comfy! And that grey looks good with anything.
I was thrilled upon receiving this pillow in the mail from DENY Designs! The colors….gasp! It fits on my bed like a glove.
You must shop at DENY Designs pillows, bedding, art and SO much more.
This is not a sponsored post. I agreed to accept and write about DENY Designs because I’m a huge fan of their product.
Each of these spaces have splashes of color in unexpected places. I love the idea of colored cabinets, colored floors and colored furniture. Of course furniture is the easiest to change out. Flooring and cabinets are a little more permanent. But I always say, go big or go home so let’s paint the town!
This living space feels so serene. Mostly because of the peaceful colors they used in the furniture and art. I also give the mix of objects two thumbs up!!
No one can ever have to many pillows. It’s the easiest way to freshen up a space! I love the soft colors used in these Fred Shand pillows which are available at Anthropologie. Also the tiny coral cross-stitches and printed and appliqué plumes are pretty awesome.
