One of my recent projects is located in Seattle. The clients are dream clients because they are willing to try anything. Seriously! I’m blessed to have been able to help them with their space. One of the first areas that we tackled was the entryway. Because it is small in size, we needed pieces that fit snug and made big impacts when you walked in. I found the drawered piece at Space Oddity in Ballard. The owner had purchased it from a hospital that had shut down. The coat rack is from Area 51. It fits nicely against the wall and is almost too cool to drape a coat on. Just kidding! It’s actually a really functional piece. The art piece is an original, painted by my client. Cool, huh?!

Below are some ideas to achieve a similar look.

1. Coat Rack 2. Multi Drawer Console 3. Desk Light 4. Abstract Art

This kitchen, captured by photographer Alexander James, has received alot of attention on my Pinterest. I can see why! It’s the perfect combo of classic and modern. The flooring is breathtaking! And the combination of the floors with the eating area furniture is truly beautiful. I’m not a huge fan of upper cabinetry, unless you absolutely need it for storage. So of course I invision this kitchen a little more open. But besides that detail, I’m in love! Below is an easy and budget friendly way of receiving this look.

1. Dining Chair. 2. 3 Light Pendant. 3. Grate Napkin Set. 4. Bud Vase Set. 5. White Cabinetry. 6. Blue Mosaic Tile. 7. Tulip Table.
