Sofas can make or break a space. I’ve been in some awesome homes, and when the sofa isn’t on point, it throws the rest of the space off. One sofa style that is a great transitional option is chesterfield sofas. They are a classic choice for modern or traditional spaces. Below are a few other looks that had us at hello!

It can feel challenging to find the perfect sofa. There are so many factors that come in to play when sofa shopping. Perfect color, perfect length, perfect height…the list goes on. But then when you do find that just right for you sofa, it feels soooo rewarding!

The Mimi Sofa, from Swoon Editions, isn’t even released until tomorrow BUT Simply Grove readers get first dibs and a first look at this 3 seater sofa. Isn’t it breathtaking?!?! I’m immediately drawn to the shape. It’s unique but not too unique. The tufting is awesome sauce, and can we talk about those legs?? Perfection. The Mimi features contemporary upholstery in a versatile mink grey shade. The solid oak legs and contrasting sky blue buttons are the perfect finishing touches for this comfortable and chic 3-seater sofa.

I was looking through my pins (follow me on Pinterest here, if you so please) this morning and I noticed a common thread within the last few days. I have been pinning and re-pinning a lot of pinks and pale pinks. In fact, it seems that pink has been poking it’s head around interiors lately. I think it’s such a breathtaking pop of color to include. Especially when it’s unexpected. These interiors have either chosen to create one large pink focal piece or use small pops of pink in small places. Either way is simply pretty.

Lately on Instagram: The kids and I visited my good friend Elise earlier this week. Ethan wanted to kidnap her dog, Nacho. He even snuck him in the car. I would have taken the sofa!:)

These last few weeks, Boise has been celebrating the Parade Of Homes. You’re not supposed to take pictures but I still snuck some in. This kitchen was by far my favorite on the tour.

This living room is from the same home as above. I LOVED that sofa.

Jocey from Wedding Chicks has the best Woolly Pocket filling up her wall. BTW, her bedroom is done and it looks great!

And then there’s Eden…

Make sure to come back on Monday for an awesome GIVEAWAY! It has nothing to do with decor and everything to do with MUSIC. Hmmmmmm.

See you soon! xxoo

I’m LOVING this color palette.

Sometimes when searching the web for design and decor, I come across items that I just can’t get enough of. Above is some of those finds. The furniture is on the higher end so I paired it with reasonable accessories. I’m also loving how the yellows and pinks are looking together.

In honor of St. Patricks day, I thought a collection of yummy green images would be the perfect Thursday post. Personally, I’m a huge fan of green and could put a little green in every room of my house, not to mention wear green everyday. So cheers to green and cheers to Mr. Saint Patty!

There’s really nothing glamorous or cool about this post. It’s a “I’m buried in projects that I can’t wait to show you but I can’t show you yet” post and a “want to buy my sofa?” post. But seriously, want to by my sofa? I’m selling this tufted sofa and also a sleeper sofa. If you live in Boise and you need a sofa, email me at simplygrove22@gmail.com. I’ll give you a discount!!

I’m off to paint, spray paint and paint some more. Cheers, friends!! xxoo

I was in Seattle last week for a project. I visited Room & Board while I was there and fell in love with Murphy Sofa in emerald green. Actually, I would take this whole set-up! The art above the sofa perfectly ties in the whole look. I’m also loving that Hansen Bench. Bravo Room & Board!

Don’t you wish more vintage and beautifully worn sofa’s like these were available on Craigs List? Instead we have a sea of 1990’s leather and sofa sets. If you are on the hunt for that perfect lived in/vintage sofa, don’t give up! Try consignment shops, flea markets, thrift shops, antique shops and even Craigs List. You might need to do a little fixing and tucking but I bet your gem is out there somewhere!

Need a modern, clean lined sofa?  Consider Muuto’s Connect sofa system.  While this sofa looks super minimalist, it is also very comfy!  And that grey looks good with anything.

This is a look worthy for fall time.  Black and gold look fantastic paired with red and grey.  Of course I always say produce a room like this against a white backdrop.  The colors can pop that much more!

This scandi-inspired kids table from Gather Kids, doubles as a coffee table.  Practically perfect!
