For this week’s home tour we are taking you all the way to Finland for some outstanding Nordic design. This first picture was what attracted me to this home for our weekly home tour and for good reason. I am loving this table, all of the light pendants you see and the cool tones, that you can tell from this photo, will be carried throughout the home.
What I love most about this home is how natural they have kept it. It is only with natural plants that color is brought into this home. When in doubt, start with a black and white foundation and add pops of color with plants and decor.
This portrait is perfect for this home, you can never go wrong with black and white art in a white frame.
This flooring keeps with the cool tones and adds a fun natural pattern to the entire home. Also another thing to add here is the incorporation of a built in bookshelf in the hallway. Hallways can be tricky to style and make them stand out in your home but with a bookshelf you have a number of possibilities to show off some personality.
A minimal bedroom personally keeps my head in the clouds at night. Too much in a bedroom can cause unneeded stress in a place that should be stress free.
If I had this bathroom I don’t think I would leave in time for anything in the morning…. heart eyes for days!
